Butterfinger Bars

Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add quick-cooking oats.
Mix well; press into a 2-quart utility dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes until slightly firm to touch. Place chocolate morsels and peanut butter in a double boiler over boiling water.
Stir until melted.
Spread melted chocolate mixture over warm oat mixture.
Cut into squares.
