Buttercream Mints
Buttercream Mints is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. soft butter, 1/3 c. white syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar and food color of choice (paste type), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Blend all ingredients with spoon, then hands.
Line molds with fine sugar.
Press in fondant.
If no molds are available, roll into 1 inch or 1/2 inch balls, then flatten with fork or bottom of glass dipped in powdered sugar.
