Butter Tasting Biscuits
Butter Tasting Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. oil and 2/3 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine the flour, butter, and oil in food processor, fitted with steel blade.
Pulse several times to cut butter into flour.
Add buttermilk and process until well blended and mixture forms a soft sticky dough. Remove dough to a well floured surface.
Gently knead about 6 times.
Pat or roll dough to a thickness of about 1/2 inch.
Cut with a 2 1/2 inch biscuit cutter.
Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
