Butter Rolls
Butter Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 yeast cakes, 1/2 c. melted butter, 1 c. warm milk, 3 eggs and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat eggs, add milk, butter, sugar and yeast that has been crumbled into 1 tablespoon sugar.
Stir well, add flour.
Let rise until light and divide into 2 or 3 parts.
Roll out like pie crust, but not as thin.
Spread melted butter over dough.
Cut into wedge shaped parts.
Roll from wide part to point.
Let rise again and bake at 350Β° for 12 minutes.
