Butter Rolls
Butter Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. crisco and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix first 5 ingredients to make into biscuit type batter. Roll out onto lightly floured surface.
Roll to thin crust. Spread softened margarine on top of crust.
Sprinkle sugar all over butter.
Roll up crust like a jelly roll.
Slice into 4-inch rolls and place into deep baking dish.
Cover with water and add vanilla.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar on top.
Bake at 350Β° for about 35 minutes or until top is brown.
Water will be a thick syrup.
