Made with 8 c. popped popcorn (1/3 to 1/2 c. unpopped), pam spray coating, 1/2 c. broken pecans, 2 tbsp. margarine or butter and 1/3 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spray a 17 x 2 x 2-inch roasting pan with Pam.

Place popped corn and pecans in pan.

Keep popcorn warm in a 300° oven while making coating.

Melt margarine.

Remove from heat.

Stir in corn syrup, pudding mix and vanilla.

Pour syrup mixture over popcorn. Toss gently to coat.

Bake popcorn, uncovered, at 300° for 16 minutes, stirring halfway through baking.

Turn mixture onto foil. When cool, break into large pieces. Store leftovers in cool place for 1 week.
