Butter Pecan Cake
Butter Pecan Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with butter pecan cake mix (betty crocker), coconut/pecan frosting mix (dry type), eggs, c. chopped nuts and c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Empty both mixes into mixer bowl; add eggs, oil and water. Mix on medium speed for two minutes.
Add chopped nuts and coconut and mix until well blended.
Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt cake pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Remove from oven and cool in pan for 10 minutes on wire rack if possible.
Remove from pan and allow to cool completely.
Good with powdered sugar or whipped topping.
