Butter Pecan Bars
Butter Pecan Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 c. brown granulated sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 3/4 c. melted margarine (1 1/2 sticks) and 1 1/4 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with butter.
Mix eggs, sugars and butter in mixing bowl.
Beat one minute.
Add sifted flour, chopped nuts and vanilla, mixing well. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 35 minutes.
When done, inside will be moist.
Store in container with tight lid.
Cut into squares or bars while warm.
