Butter-Nut Roll
Butter-Nut Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. crisco (solid), 6 eggs, 3 c. plain flour and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Blend Crisco, sugar and cream cheese.
Beat well.
Slowly add flour and eggs a little at a time.
Put aside 1/4 cup flour.
Mix separately nuts, chips and 1/4 cup flour.
Slowly add vanilla to well beaten batter.
Pour one layer into Bundt pan, then center nut mixture; then more batter on top.
Bake at 325Β° about 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
Cool 45 minutes, take out of pan.
Slice gently and eat!!
