Butter Nut Pound Cake

Add milk and flour, alternately, ending with flour.
Fold in flavoring by hand.
Pour into greased tube pan and place in a cold oven.

Do not open door while baking. Remove from pan immediately.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired, when cool.
