Heat oven to 450Β° and melt butter in a 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan. Sift together dry ingredients.

Add milk and stir with fork until it clings; knead 10 times.

Roll out on floured surface until 1/2-inch thick in a rectangle.

Cut 16 strips approximately 4-inches long and 3/4-inch wide.

Roll in melted butter and arrange in pan.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
