Butter Crunch Candy
Butter Crunch Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch tidbits, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 1/2 c. corn flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put tidbits and peanut butter top of double boiler over very hot water (do not it boil).
Stir until tidbits melt, add salt and vanilla.
Quickly add corn flakes, mixing until flakes are coated.
Pour into buttered pan and press down and smooth until pan bottom is covered.
Place in refrigerator until set.
Before it hardens.
Completely chill before removing from pan.
Store in refrigerator.
