Butter Cookies
Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter (do not substitute), 3 heaping tbsp. sugar, 3 c. flour, 3 tbsp. cream (do not substitute) and 1 c. nuts, chopped (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix all ingredients together.
Dough will be stiff.
Roll out on floured surface and cut with small cutter.
These do not rise or spread, so can be placed close together on cookie sheet.
Make small indentation and put dab of tart jelly on each before baking. Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
