Butter Coffeecake
Butter Coffeecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. water and 3/4 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix all together in the order given, then beat for 8 minutes. Mix filling of 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Put 1/2 of the batter in a prepared Bundt pan.
Pour the cinnamon filling over the batter, then pour the rest of the cake batter on top of this.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cool slightly and then turn out on a cake plate.
Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.
