Butter Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 1 stick butter or margarine and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grate butter/margarine into flour and mix well - I like to use my hands.
Add buttermilk mix with spoon.
Roll out on flour wax paper.
Cut with biscuit cutter or a glass.
Put on pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
