Buster Bar Dessert
Buster Bar Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. oreo or hydrox cookies, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened, 1/2 c. butter or margarine and 1 1/2 c. spanish peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cookies and butter together and put in 9 x 13-inch pan and chill for 1 hour.
Spoon ice cream over crust and then sprinkle with peanuts.
Place in freezer.
