Burger Pizza
Burger Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 c. contadina seasoned bread crumbs, 1/2 c. dry carnation nonfat dry milk, plus water to make 1 c. liquid, 1 slightly beaten egg and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine ground chuck, bread crumbs, liquid nonfat dry milk, onion, egg and salt.
Mix lightly but thoroughly.
Press on 12-inch pizza pan.
Form 1/2-inch rim around edge.
Spread pizza sauce over meat mixture.
Sprinkle with cheeses and choice of pizza toppers. Bake in moderate oven at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Drain off fat. Cut into wedges.
Makes 1 (12-inch) pizza.
