Burger-Mushroom Bake
Burger-Mushroom Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can golden mushroom soup (not cream of mushroom), 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine 1/4 cup soup with all the ingredients except water; mix thoroughly.
Shape into 6 patties.
Place in shallow baking dish and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Spoon off fat.
Combine remaining soup and water.
Pour over meat and bake 10 minutes. This is excellent served over rice.
