Bundt Fruitcake
Bundt Fruitcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. raisins and 1/2 c. chopped, candied red or green cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, mixing well. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
Beat 2 minutes.
Fold in chopped fruit and nuts.
Bake in greased and floured pan at 250Β° for 1 hour.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove.
