Bumbleberry Pie
Bumbleberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large baking apples, peeled and sliced, 1 c. chopped rhubarb, 1 c. raspberries, 1 c. blueberries and 1 c. strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into pie crust.
Place 2nd crust on top.
Trim 1/2 inch larger than pan. Tuck top crust under; crimp edges.
Cut slits in top crust.
Place on baking sheet and bake 25 minutes.
Reduce to 350° and bake 30 minutes.
