Buffet Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jell-o (3 oz.), 1 pkg. lime jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 (no. 2) can pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add pineapple with juice.
Chill until slightly thick.
Mix rest of ingredients and fold into congealed Jell-O.
Mold in pan or muffin pans.
