Buffet Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 stick margarine, 1 medium onion, diced, 8 oz. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Take potatoes from freezer and spread in a 10 x 13-inch baking dish.
Then melt margarine; add onion, sour cream and soup.
Pour over potatoes, then put cheese on top.
Cover with crumbled potato chips.
Bake for 1 hour at 375Β°.
