Buffet Potatoes
Buffet Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, 1/2 c. melted butter, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw potatoes about 45 minutes before assembling.
Combine potatoes in a large mixing bowl with butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
Sprinkle top with crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Cover for a while at first.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to cook.
