Buffet Potatoes
Buffet Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. potatoes (6 medium), 1 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. snipped parsley, 1 small onion, chopped and 3/4 c. shredded sharp processed cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Wash and peel potatoes.
Cut into lengthwise strips 1/4 to 3/8-inch wide.
Arrange potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole in three layers, topping each layer with dash of pepper and 1/3 each of the salt, parsley, onion and cheese.
Dot with butter and pour half and half over potatoes.
Cover and cook in a 325° oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or in 350° oven for 1 hour.
Uncover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes longer.
