Buffet Meatballs
Buffet Meatballs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small bottle ketchup, 10 oz. grape jelly, juice of 1 lemon, 1 lb. ground turkey breast and 1/4 c. oat bran cereal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix the ketchup, jelly and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Heat until bubbling.
Mix the turkey with the oat bran, a little at a time, until the mixture is firm enough to form into walnut-sized balls.
Drop the balls into the bubbling mixture to cook about 30 minutes.
Serve hot with toothpicks to spear the meatballs.
