Buffet Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. beef cubes, 1/2 c. flour, 1 envelope dry onion soup mix, 1 envelope brown gravy mix and 2 c. ginger ale, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Shake beef cubes with flour in paper bag until coated. Combine soup mix, gravy mix and ginger ale in crock-pot, mix well. Add beef cubes and remaining flour, mix well.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Serve over hot, cooked noodles.
