Bucks Taters
Bucks Taters is an easy dinner. Made with 6 large baking potatoes, 4 small onions, thinly sliced, seasoned salt, pepper and 6 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Peel potatoes if desired.
Slice each potato crosswise at 1/4-inch intervals, cutting to but not through, opposite side. Carefully insert onion slices into cuts.
Sprinkle each potato with seasoned salt and pepper; dot with 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
Bake potatoes at 400Β° for 1 hour.
