Buckeyes Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. creamy peanut butter, 3 lb. powdered sugar, 1 lb. margarine, melted, 1/2 stick paraffin and 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and margarine together well. Form into walnut-size balls and refrigerate.
Melt chocolate chips, paraffin and vanilla in a double boiler.
Dip the balls into the chocolate mixture, leaving the very top without chocolate on it.
Place on waxed paper and let dry.
