Buckeyes
Buckeyes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. butter (room temperature), 2 lb. confectioners sugar, 2 c. smooth peanut butter, 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate and 1/2 block paraffin (2 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first 3 ingredients and roll to size of buckeyes. Chill. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. With wooden toothpick, dip balls in chocolate mixture leaving top uncovered for buckeye "effect".
Refrigerate.
Makes 16 dozen.
