Buckeyes
Buckeyes is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 2 hours 10 minutes. Made with . peanut butter, . (1 c.) margarine, room temperature or melted and cooled, . confectioners sugar (about), (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet real chocolate chips (not chocolate flavored chips) and (2 x 1 1/2-inch) piece paraffin (from gulf's 2 1/2 x 5-inch 4 oz. bar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine the peanut butter and margarine thoroughly in the large bowl of your mixer. (I found that room temperature margarine worked fine so I didn't have melt it and then wait on it to cool.)
Gradually add the powdered sugar until too stiff for beaters. Stir additional sugar until it becomes a consistency you can handle.
Roll in buckeye sized balls (about the diameter a quarter) and chill 30 minutes if necessary.
