Buckeyes
Buckeyes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, sifted (4 1/2 c.), 1 1/2 jif creamy peanut butter, 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Thoroughly blend powdered sugar, Jif, butter, vanilla and salt.
Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
Place chocolate pieces and paraffin in top of double boiler.
Heat over boiling water until chocolate and paraffin are melted.
Insert toothpick into candy ball; dip 1/2 of the ball into melted chocolate mixture.
Place on waxed paper until set.
Smooth over toothpick holes.
