Buckeyes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. creamy peanut butter (room temperature), 1 lb. butter (room temperature), 3 lb. confectioners sugar, 2 pkg. (12 oz.) nestle chocolate chips and 1/2 bar paraffin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix peanut butter and butter together.

Mix in confectioners sugar until smooth.

Form into small balls size of buckeyes (or marbles).

Refrigerate balls.

Melt slowly chocolate chips and paraffin together in top of double boiler.

Using a toothpick, dip buckeyes in chocolate until 2/3 covered.

Let dry on wax paper.

Makes about 166 or more, depending on size.

The golden brown top bulges out over the chocolate skirt and looks like a chocolate dipped nut.

Freeze or keep refrigerated.
