Buckeye Pie
Buckeye Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 12 oz. cool whip and 1 large box instant chocolate pudding, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and Cool Whip.
Divide and spread into 2 graham cracker crusts. Refrigerate or freeze to set.
Beat pudding and milk 1 minute on low speed.
Divide and pour on top of peanut butter mixture in each pie.
Garnish with dollops of Cool Whip and chocolate sprinkles.
Refrigerate.
