"Buckeye" Candy
"Buckeye" Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick softened butter, 1 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1 lb. confectioners sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blend butter, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla.
Form into "buckeye" sized balls.
Dip into melted chocolate and paraffin kept hot in double boiler.
Use toothpick in center of peanut butter balls to dip, not quite covering to top to resemble buckeyes.
Later, gently smooth top to cover toothpick hole.
