Buckeye Candy
Buckeye Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick softened margarine (1/2 c.), 1 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter, 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 12 oz. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Blend first 4 ingredients with mixer and roll into balls. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin together and keep hot in double boiler.
Stick toothpick into center of balls and dip about 2/3 of ball into melted chocolate.
Depress buckeye top to cover toothpick hole.
Chill.
