Buckeye Candy
Buckeye Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. confectioner sugar, 1 stick butter, melted, 12 oz. chocolate chips, 1 1/4 c. peanut butter and 1/2 cake paraffin wax, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and butter together and roll into small balls.
Double boil chocolate chips and paraffin wax until both are melted.
Put toothpicks in balls and dip in chocolate.
Place on wax paper and dry.
Chill, then serve.
Makes 60 Buckeyes approximately.
