Buckaroo Beans
Buckaroo Beans is an impressive dinner. Made with 5 1/2 c. water, 2 c. dry pinto beans, 1 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, chopped and 2 bay leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil beans in water for 2 minutes.
Cover and remove from fire.
Let stand for 1 hour, then return to stove.
Add all remaining ingredients, except salt; simmer for 3 1/2 hours.
Add salt to taste.
