Bubble Bread

Scald milk; let cool.
Add yeast to warm water.
Blend shortening, sugar and eggs.
Add to milk.
Mix flour and salt with other ingredients, forming a soft dough.
Let rise in a warm place until double in size.
Punch down and let rise again.
Melt the butter.
Combine the sugar and cinnamon.
Dip walnut-size balls of dough in melted butter, roll in sugar mixture.
Drop in a greased angel food pan.
Let rise about 1 hour.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Turn out on plate.
Pull balls off when ready to serve.
