Bubble and Squeak
Bubble And Squeak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. beef drippings, 1/4 c. chopped onions, 2 c. sliced, cooked potatoes, 1 c. sliced cooked carrots and 2 c. shredded, cooked cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat drippings in a large heavy skillet.
Add onion and saute until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and saute on both sides until browned.

Stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt to taste.
