Brunswick Stew
Brunswick Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small chicken or chicken parts, beef (either round or stew meat), pork (pork chops or any kind of fresh pork), 1 very large bottle catsup and 2 cans creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Use either equal parts of each kind of meat or if more of anything, make it chicken.
Simmer all meats in boiling, salted water to which you add 2 or 3 stalks celery and an onion for flavor.
Cool.
Save stock; toss out celery and onion.
Chop meat finely or put through food chopper.
