Brunch Quiche
Brunch Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shredded swiss cheese, 6 strips bacon, crisply fried and crumbled, 4 eggs, 2 c. half and half and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs until frothy, then add cornstarch, cream, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
Beat briskly.
Fold in cheese, bacon, onions and mushrooms.
Pour into 9-inch pie crust.
Dribble the melted butter over the top and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
