Brunch Quiche
Brunch Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, crumbled and browned (drain off grease), 1/4 c. melted butter, 10 eggs, beaten, 1 1/2 c. grated cheese and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Freeze enough bread to cover the bottom of a large cake pan, then cube it.
Mix bread and meat.
Spread over bottom of pan. Sprinkle cheese over this.
Mix eggs, milk, 1/2 teaspoon dry milk and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Pour over it.
Drizzle the butter.
Cover and let set overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
This feeds a crowd.
