Brunch Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, 1 1/2 medium onions, thinly sliced, 12 slices white bread, 1/2 lb. swiss cheese, grated and 8 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

Lay 1/2 of the bread on the bottom of pan.

Use 1/2 of bacon, cheese and onion spread evenly over bread. Repeat.

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over top.

Let sit overnight in fridge.

Put in a cold oven if glass pan.

Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.

Serves 8.
