Brunch Puff
Brunch Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bacon, 12 slices white bread, 1/2 lb. swiss cheese, shredded, 8 eggs and 4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Cut crusts off of bread.
Spread 6 slices in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with half of bacon and half of cheese.
Repeat layer.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over top layer in pan.
This may be covered and refrigerated overnight before baking.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
It should be set and puffed.
