Brunch Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bacon, 2 onions, sliced, 12 slices white bread, quartered, 1/2 lb. swiss cheese, shredded and 8 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook bacon; crumble.
onions in bacon drippings until soft.
Spread half bread quarters in greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with half of bacon, cheese and onions.
Repeat layers. Combine eggs, milk, and pepper.
Pour over top bread. Store 1 hour in refrigerator.
