Brunch Egg Bake
Brunch Egg Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, 12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 (4.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained, 1/3 c. sliced green onions and 1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large bowl, combine cheese.
Sprinkle 1/2 cheese in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Saute mushrooms, onions and pepper in oleo.
Brown meat.
Layer vegetables and meat over cheese.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over meat.
Combine flour, milk, eggs and parsley; beat. Pour over other ingredients.
Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown and eggs are set.
Garnish with pepper and parsley, if desired.
