Brunch Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 slices white bread, cut off crust, butter and cube, 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 lb. bacon, ham, sausage, crab or chicken, cooked and drained, 1 doz. eggs and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put bread in bottom of a buttered 9 x 13 dish.
Sprinkle cheese and meat on top.
Beat eggs, salt and milk together and pour over all.
Make sure all bread is covered with the egg mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350Β°.
