Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, trimmed and cubed, 3/4 lb. grated sharp cheese, 4 eggs, beaten, 3/4 tsp. dry mustard and 4 oz. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place bread crumbs on bottom of buttered casserole dish. Cover with cheese and mushrooms.
Add meat.
Mix eggs, milk and mustard.
Pour over layered mixture.
Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Before baking, pour mushroom soup on casserole.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
