Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sausage, 3/4 lb. grated sharp cheese, 8 slices white bread, crust removed, 4 eggs, well beaten and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown sausage, drain.
Line 13 x 9-inch pan with bread slices.
Sprinkle sausage evenly over bread, then layer cheese. Mix milk with well beaten eggs, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Pour over layers in pan.
Cover pan and put in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
