Brunch Casserole
Brunch Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices white bread, cubed, 3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 1 lb. bulk sausage, browned (jimmy dean, hot), 1 can diced green chilies and 8 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Layer bread, sausage and cheese into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat together eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard, 1 can mushroom soup and water.
Pour over casserole.
Let set overnight or 8 hours in refrigerator.
Bake at 325Β° (1 1/2 hours, covered, 1/2 hour uncovered) until center is done.
Test with knife.
Remove from oven and let set 10 minutes before serving.
